Data administrator
The Administrator of your personal data is: Good Vibes Dance Studio, ul. Świt 34/36 apt. E2, 60-376 Poznań, Poland (hereinafter: "Studio", "we").

This policy applies both to the website goodvibes-studiotanca.pl, as well as the Good Vibes mobile application.
What we collect
Registration form (page and application):
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- phone number (optional)
- the selected location of the studio and the classes you are interested in,
- confirmation that you have read the privacy policy and a statement of age or legal guardianship (including date).
Account in the application (after approval of the enrollment by the Studio):
- profile data and role (student, instructor, administrator),
- your profile photo, if you add one,
- attendance at classes and registration for events,
- assessments and opinions about instructors as well as reports and complaints addressed to the Studio,
- membership in groups and votes cast in surveys.
Group IM the content of the message and the uploaded photos, files and reactions.
Push Notifications technical device identifier (Expo token) and system type (Android / iOS) only if you enable notifications.
Contact form: Email Address, Content of the message
Account Security the number of failed login attempts for a given email address to protect the account from attacks. Passwords are stored only in the form of an irreversible hash (bcrypt).
3. What we DON'T COLLECT
- we do not collect IP addresses or browser/device information for tracking purposes,
- we do not collect precise location data (GPS),
- we do not process payment data — payments are made directly in the Studio,
- we do not collect biometric data. If you enable fingerprint or Face ID login, it is only supported by your device's operating system and never reaches us,
- we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any analytical, advertising or tracking tools,
- we do not display advertisements and we do not sell your data.
Purposes and legal grounds for processing
- handling subscription for classes and account maintenance — Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR (performance of the contract),
- return contact and replies to messages — Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest),
- keeping records of attendance and settlements — Article 6 (1) (b) and (c) of the GDPR,
- social features: chat, surveys, opinions — Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR,
- content moderation and community safety — Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR,
- sending push notifications — Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR (consent that you can withdraw in the settings),
- defense against claims and tax obligations — Article 6 (1) (c) and (f) of the GDPR.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted suppliers who process data only on our instructions:
- website and application server hosting provider,
- database provider (MongoDB Atlas),
- an email provider that handles system messages,
- push notification service (Expo) — receives only the device token and the content of the notification,
- a Google sheet belonging to the Studio, to which applications from the enrollment form are sent.
As part of the application, your name, profile and published content are visible to instructors, Studio administrators and members of groups to which you belong. We may disclose data to public authorities if required by law.
6. How long we keep the data
- account data — for the duration of its existence, and after deletion only where required by law,
- notifications from the contact form — up to 12 months,
- settlement documentation — for the period required by tax regulations,
- notification of account deletion — 12 months as proof of fulfillment of the obligation, then anonymisation,
- login sessions expire automatically and are deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, object to processing based on a legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time.
In the app, you can:
- download a copy of your data — Profile → Settings → Privacy and data → Download my data,
- report account deletion — Profile → Settings → Privacy and data,
- block or unblock another user — Profile → Settings → Blocked users,
- report inappropriate content — Hold the message in the chat and select “Report”
You can also delete your account without logging in at goodvibes-studiotanca.pl/usun-konto.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
8. Age of users
An account in the Good Vibes app may only be created and maintained by An adult person. The app includes group chat and allows you to share photos, which is why it's designed for adults.
Children also participate in the Study classes — in this case, the account is created and maintained by PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN: , who is responsible for the data provided about the child and for the use of the application. During enrollment, we require confirmation of this statement.
We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without the consent of the guardian. If you believe your child has provided us with data without such consent, please contact us — we will delete it immediately.
9. Safety
The data is transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt shortcuts, and login tokens are stored in the secure system storage of the device. Chat attachments are only accessible through signed, expiring addresses. No method of transferring and storing data is 100% secure, but we use measures adequate to the risk.
§ 10 [cookies]
The website uses only the files necessary for its operation and the local memory of the browser to remember the selected language and theme. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or on the page, and the date at the top of the document always indicates the last update.
